Our story
Hauler AI was started by PacificAI Systems after watching carriers lose hours every day to work a computer should be doing — re-typing rate confirmations into a spreadsheet, chasing drivers for status, and rebuilding invoices by hand.
We believed the whole cycle — from the moment an order lands to the moment you invoice — could be far more automatic. So we built an AI-native transportation management system that is simple enough for an owner-operator and strong enough for a growing fleet.
Today Hauler AI covers AI order intake, dispatch, a driver portal that needs no app install, fleet and compliance tracking, and billing — with every company's data isolated from every other.
