Our story
Hauler AI was started by PacificAI Systems after watching fleet operators lose hours every day to work a computer should be doing — re-keying invoices into QuickBooks, chasing drivers for status, and finding out about an expired insurance certificate only after a claim was denied.
We believed the whole cycle — from the moment a booking lands to the moment you're paid — could run itself. So we built the AI to do exactly that, and made it simple enough for a fleet owner to run without an IT department.
Today Hauler AI handles intake, dispatch, billing, and compliance for auto transport fleets — with a dedicated driver app, native QuickBooks sync, and data hosted right here in Canada.
